Additionally, Jonah is a serial entrepreneur with nine successful businesses in the mountain region and a non-profit initiative under his guidance. His management background includes leading teams of 200+ both domestically and internationally, showcasing his versatility in navigating complex development environments.
Peter-Paul Swaab brings over 15 years of experience in landscaping, excavation, and site development, with a career focused on delivering projects throughout Colorado. As a general contractor and builder, he has managed teams of up to 60 professionals and overseen projects ranging from site preparation and infrastructure to full vertical construction.
At Landy Swaab, Peter-Paul leads construction operations and field execution, playing a key role in advancing affordable and modular housing solutions.
